Weekly: 

• Plugin/Theme Updates
• Flush Website Caches
• Security Check In (+ as needed based on email notifications)
• Check Reviews/Comments

Seasonally: 

• Updating Homepage graphics/copy to reflect the season/holidays/news/offers to my knowledge
• Flush Server Cache
• Ensure new pages/posts are attributed correctly to hide admin usernames

Biannually:

• Manual Backup of Website
• Server Usage Check-In
• Update PHP if necessary
• Test Contact Forms

Yearly:

• Page Audit to ensure content is still accurate to my knowledge
• Updating the copyright
• Review Current Users
